She is survived by: her children, Richard Earle Pernell, Jr., Susette Jeanette Floyd, Susan Ann Clark and Peggy Sue Pernell; and her sister Caroline Broadhurst. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren.
