With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Iris Marie Edmonds of Brodnax, Virginia, who passed away on May 3, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Edmonds and Ida Edmonds; and her siblings, Bernice Poythress, Lois Queen, Sonny, Vernon, Kenneth and Dennis Edmonds.
She is survived by: her husband Franklin Andrew "Frank" Edmonds of Brodnax; her children, Sabrina Martin (Billy) of South Hill, Patricia Lynn Edmonds of La Crosse and Franklin Eugene Edmonds of Brodnax; her sister Eunice Cogbill of Petersburg; her grandchildren, Brandon Lee Edmonds, Chris Hall (Wendy) and Cassie Cross (Brandon); and her great grandchildren, Carleigh Hall, Justin Hall and River Cross.
