He is survived by: his wife Emily Peebles Mayton; his daughter Patricia "Sissy"; his stepson Joe; his grandchildren, Clifton "Buba", Chris, Tracey and Lisa; his sisters, Nancy (Doug) and Frances (Gerald); and his sister-in-law Sandra. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
