Wilda Getz Ritchie Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilda Getz Ritchie of Broadway, Virginia, who passed away on March 9, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Wilda Getz Ritchie to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Ira and Anna Frances May Getz; her husband Harry J. Ritchie; her siblings, Garnet Getz, Everette Getz, George Ira Getz, Jr. and Catherine Getz Lemons; and her daughter-in-law Nellie Sue Ritchie.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Ritchie of Broadway and Angie Hernandez (Tom) of Timberville; her grandchildren, Joseph Ritchie (Alyssa) of Timberville, James Ritchie (Lauren Hulvey) of Broadway, Rhyett Ritchie and Bodhi Ritchie; and her sister Wilma Grimm of Harrisonburg. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Grandle Funeral Home (148 E Lee St, Broadway, VA 22815).
