He is survived by: his parents, David Custer of Broadway and Oneda Wilkins Custer of Broadway; his brothers, Wesley Riggleman (Laci) of Broadway and Derrick Wilkins of Broadway; and his grandparents, Mary Ann of Broadway, Fred Morris of Broadway and Dave Custer of Broadway.
