He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry and Stella Agnus Hulvey Tusing; his spouse Ola Seiver of Virginia; his children, Ronnie Tusing and Emily Tusing Biller; and his daughter-in-law Helen Tusing.

He is survived by: his children, Patricia Hawkins (Lewis) of Harrisonburg and Dale Tusing (Susan McDonaldson Harris) of Elkton; his grandchildren, Shelia McDonaldson (Kenny), Scott Hawkins (Mary), Michael Tusing, Tammy Tusing and Brittany Hensley; and his sisters-in-law, Nancy Tusing of Rockingham and Neva Burley of Columbia, SC. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren.

Grove Church of the Brethren Cemetery in Fulks Run where social distancing and masks are encouraged.

“Reuel was a wonderful person. I was his private nurse for three years. Reuel enjoyed going for rides and he would show me houses that he put furnaces in. Reuel enjoyed family history and new most of the families that lived on Runions Creek. Reuel loved the Lord and talked to God daily. Deepest sympathy to all the Families. Patricia Cullers”
