He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Roy and Gladys Shook Cullers; and his siblings, Thomas Edward Cullers, Robert Cullers and Rosetta "Rose" Pitcock.
He is survived by: his wife Hazel Lee Miller Cullers; his children, Susan Lantz (James) of Timberville, Thomas Cullers (Debbie) of Timberville and Ramona Lantz (Wayne Jr.) of Broadway; his grandchildren, Jocelyn Spencer (Brandon), Nicholas Lantz and Zachary Lantz; and his great grandchildren, Brandon Spencer Jr., Lance Spencer and Wyleigh Smith Lantz.
Social distancing guidelines will be followed and masks are required.
