She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Bazzle and Annie Foltz Bazzle; her husband Andrew Douglas; and her daughter Maxine Turner. She is survived by: her children, Juanita Phillips (Raymond) of New Market and Alan Douglas (Roxanne) of Reading, PA; and her son-in-law Roscoe Turner of Lynchburg. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.
Per CDC guidelines, a mask and social distancing will be required at the graveside service and funeral home.
