He was predeceased by: his mother Carol Lynn Bennett Parrott; his sister Malinda Carol Tingler; his siblings-in-law, Timothy N. Thacker and Brenda Mongold; and his in-laws, Earl and Ruby Mongold.
He is survived by: his father William Forest Parrott of Charlottesville; his wife Ruth Ann Parrott; his children, Kaitlyn Magno (Joseph) of Shenandoah, Ashley Holsapple (Joseph) of Esmont and Mason Parrott (Julia) of Mt. Jackson; his grandchildren, Brianna Comer (Colton Tumer) of Broadway, Isabella, Adaline, Evelyn Magno of Shenandoah, Kota Holsapple of Esmont, Cohen and Kinslee Tumer of Broadway; and his siblings, Laura Thacker of Scottsville, William J. Parrott of Charlottesville and Joey Parrott (April) of Gordonsville. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Grandle Funeral Home (148 E Lee St, Broadway, VA 22815). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Skyline Church (1586B S Main St, Harrisonburg, VA 22801).
