He is survived by: his wife Zondra Runion; his son Dwayne Smith (Misty) of Tampa, FL; his stepchildren, Andrea Fulk (Jason) of Broadway and Barry Thompson of Omaha, NE; and his siblings, Anthony Smith (Patricia) of Orange Beach, AL, Billy Smith (Alan) of Mobile, AL and Brenda Bowman (Ralph) of Mobile, AL.
