He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Eugene and Bonnie Neff Hoover. He is survived by: his sons, Matthew Scott Hoover of Broadway and Mark Warren Hoover (Tiffany) of Moseley, VA; his grandchildren, Haley Dawn Hoover, Avery Grace Hoover, Peyton Rene'Hoover and Sawyer Kent Hoover; and his brothers, Eric Hoover (Brenda) of Broadway and Christopher Hoover (Karen) of Broadway. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
