It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Benson Thompson (Broadway, Virginia), born in Princeton, West Virginia, who passed away on March 30, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur Thompson and Ella Mae Thompson; his wife Joyce Mathias; his daughter Lisa Smith (William Wood) of Broadway; his grandson Barry Smith of Broadway; his sister Karen Thomas of Dallas, TX; and his close friends, Milo and Shilo.
