She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph R. Rhodes and Gladys M. Rhodes (Rhodes); her grandparents, John Marshall Rhodes and Nannie J. Rhodes (Sandy); and her husband Richard "Dick" N. Bell.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard Michael Bell (Lenora) of Harrisonburg and John Marshall Bell (Robin) of Harrisonburg; and her grandchildren, Kristin R Bell (Nels Akerson), Rachel M Bell, Hannah Bell Gonzalez (Omar), Stuart L. Bell (Rachel), Martha C. Bell and Caroline E. Bell. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and relatives with her mom.
Viewing will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Grandle Funeral Home (148 E Lee St, Broadway, VA 22815). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church (13902 Timber Way, Timberville, VA 22853).
