She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Tobias and Pearl E. Chapman Cosner; and her siblings, Verda Brown Thelma Lewis, Lola Fishel, Vauda Edith Rexrode, Dessie Miller, Wilson Cosner and Theodore "Teddy" Cosner.
She is survived by: her daughter Amanda Dawn Osborne of Broadway; her sister Naomi Goudy of Harrisonburg; her grandchildren, Alxis Nevaeh Kelley, Ethan Scott Wooddell, Bentley Tyler Wooddell, Chelsea Grace Kelley and Adalynn Faith Teeter; and her husband Roger Osborne.
