With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lawrence Allen Deavers of Broadway, Virginia, born in Harrisonburg, Virginia, who passed away on June 16, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David R. Deavers, and Velma Dove Deavers, Jr.; and his wife Bonnie Gay Hottinger. He is survived by: his daughters, Melanie Deavers of Broadway and Kim Deavers of Keezletown; his grandchildren, Kara Parks (Chris) of Broadway, Destiny Lawrence (Brandon) of Verona, Nateya Murray of Bridgewater and Hunter Armentrout of Keezletown; his great grandchildren, Zion Delgado, Dakota Lawrence, Shaniya Lawrence, Courtland Parks, RaeLee Lawrence and Bryson Parks; his close friend Kay Shifflett; and his sister Regina Nesselrodt of Mt. Solon.
