We are sad to announce that on November 17, 2024, at the age of 80, Karen Davis Dixon of Broadway, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Karen Davis may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Karen Davis touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Eaton and Pauline Mason Cook; and her husband John Henry "Scottie" Dixon Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Robert "Bobby" Davis, Jr. (Edwina) of Elkton and Terri Davis of Chincoteague, VA; her stepdaughter Marla Bryant (David) of Staunton; her grandchildren, Kori Roach and Taylor Freeman (Devin); her great grandchildren, Layla Petit, Trinity Buzgierski, Hayden Freeman and Mason Freeman; and her half-brother Melvin Cook, Jr. of Lacey Springs.
