He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Hoover and Ethel Dove Hoover; and his wife Linda R. Ritchie. He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda D. Hoover (Randy Wampler) of Fulks Run and Bonnie Day (Patrick) of Clifton, VA; and his cousins, Joan Lash (Bob), Violet Schock (Floyd) and Carolyn Lombardi (Fred).
Per CDC guidelines, masks and social distancing will be required.
