He is survived by: his wife Judy Fadley Golladay; his brother Ronnie Golladay (Jay); his nieces and nephews, Aaron Green (Anne), Kimberly Horn, Kristi Lineweaver (Josh), Bradley Phillips (Heather), Barton Phillips (Meg), Heather Phillips Donohue (Sean), Amber Dellinger Harold (Britton) and Charles Dellinger (Amy); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ryan Green, Paige Green, Jada Horn, Rowan Horn, Grayson Golladay, Gabriel Lineweaver, Ainsley Phillips, Preston Phillips, Cole Phillips, Tyler Phillips, Wyatt Phillips, Owen Donohue, Reily Donohue, Peyton Donohue, Jackson Harold and Hannah Harold; his aunt Mary Lee Embrey; and his uncle Wayne Golladay.
