He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Boyd and Helen Louise Bridges Sherman; and his brother Danny Sherman. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Sherman; his children, Neil Sherman (Heather), Amy Neff (Ricky), Charles Simmons (Carrie Grant), Fur-Baby and Bear Sherman; his siblings, Jimmy Sherman and Barbie Sherman Wingfield; and his grandchildren, Dominque Huhn, Brandon Neff, Destiny Neff, Hayli Simmons, Rian Davis and Jaiden Davis.
