He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry David and Bessie Wilkins See; his wife Hazel Dove; his son Dewey See Jr.; and his siblings, Grant See, Wayne See, Oley See, Edward See, Dow See, Blaine See, Velma Wilt Burgess, Mamie Flores and Gayzetta See.
He is survived by: his daughter Debbie Shipe (Randy) of Broadway; his grandsons, Jesse Daniels (Christy) of Elkton and Lance Shipe (Hannah) of Roanoke; his great grandchild Gabe Bulkowski of Elkton; and his sister Shelby Bly (Keith) of Harrisonburg.
Masks and social distancing will be required at both the funeral home and church.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the First Choice Hospice, 1819 Virginia Ave, Harrisonburg, VA 22802.
