With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Paul F. Lumbye Jr. (Broad Run, Virginia), born in Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on March 21, 2020 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul F. Lumbye and Edith Norment Lumbye; his sisters, Betty Sydnor of Lynchburg and Anne Woodruff of Ormand Beach, Florida; and his grandson Paul F. Lumbye IV of Denver, Colorado..
He is survived by: his children, Paul F. Lumbye III (Nancy Talburtt Lumbye) of Denver and Sara Elizabeth Lumbye (Betsy) of Fresno, California; his stepgreat-grandson Ronan Declan Moore of Denver; and also Ann Reed. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested at the charities of donors' choice.
