She is survived by: her sister-in-law Sue Wenner Costello; her children, Dr. William A. Hazel, Jr. (Cindy) of Oakton, VA, Ruth M. Hazel of Vienna, VA and Jean B. Hazel of Leesburg, VA; her grandson David L. Hazel (Amanda) of Broad Run; her daughter B. Daniel Hazel (Leslie) of The Plains, VA; her grandchildren, Drew Hazel, Suzanne Rupp (Cullen), Whitney Little, Jaclyn Little, Christina Benza (George), David Little, Catherine Soltesz, Mary Claire Soltesz, Henry Hazel, Andrew Hazel and Charlie Hazel; her great grandchildren, Bennett, Ellie Grace and Jack Rupp; and her friend Alberta W. King.
