He is survived by: his parent Ethel Rose Williams; his wife Elizabeth Whitlock Kadel; his children, Elizabeth Walsh (Stephen) of Katonah, Margaret Kadel Eck of Fairfax and William Greer Kadel, Jr. (Barbara) of Glenview; his grandchildren, Brian Eck, Grace Kadel, Elizabeth Kadel, Alice Walsh, Margaret Walsh, Natalie Kadel and Thomas Walsh; his siblings, Margaret McFadden of Mantoloking and Frederick Kadel of Walnut Creek; and his sister-in-law Alice Whitlock Mote of Barnegat.
