She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Saunders and Mary Saunders (Turvey); her brothers, Walter Saunders Jr., Richard Saunders, William Saunders and Robert Saunders (Marjorie); and her brother-in-law Roger Newlond (Honey).
She is survived by: her daughters, Theresa Murphy and Jodie Edwards; her granddaughters, Melissa Murphy, Michaela Murphy and Rachel Edwards; her great grandchild Maeve Murphy; her siblings, Barbara Newlond, Thomas Saunders, Carl Saunders, Michael Saunders (Harry Pong), James Saunders and Elizabeth Louise Bowers (Franklin); and her sisters-in-law, Nancy Saunders, Shirley Saunders and Beverly Saunders.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at the Fairfax Memorial Cemetery.
