She is survived by: her husband Mike; her sister Carol Lewis; her children, Dawn Miller (Jason), Jennifer Cook and Chad Ehrmantraut (Laurie); her parents-in-law, Tom Zapf (Nikki), Rick Zapf, Susan Zapf, Cynthia Lofaro (Joe), Richard Bunner, Pat Sloan and Randall Greene; her stepchildren, Marc Zapf (Kelly), Kevin Zapf, Amy Zapf and Joseph Zapf (Montine); and her grandchildren, Catie, Collin, Corey, Megan, Emily, Julia, Eddie, Lucas, Gincy, Crawford, Eston and Harry.
