With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kennneth Raymond Carter of Bristow, Virginia, who passed away on May 16, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia; his parents, Ennis Carter and Nellie Carter; and his siblings, Doris Waters, Shirley Kidwell, Roland, Robert, Stewart, Willie and Clarence.
He is survived by: his daughters, Christy (Vern) and Teresa; and his grandchildren, Kevin (Clarissa) and Heather. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
