She is survived by: her husband William David Sams; her children, Jaime Michelle Chase (Keith) of Bristow and Eric William David Sams of Catlett, VA; her granddaughter Sidney Nicole Pickett; and her sister Joyce Fox (Donald) of Coral Beach, FL..
