He was predeceased by: his significant other Yvonne Hess Heath; and his parents, Floyd Heath and Willa Heath. He is survived by: his daughters, Phyllis Heath-Bowers (Kenneth) and Sherry Preston (Rick); his grandsons, Ronald Wilson, Kevin Bowers, Kevin Mullinax, Brandon Hortman and Trey Hortman; and his great grandchildren, Harlie, Emeeie and Kevin Mullinax. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews & special friends.
