He is survived by: his wife Kathie Hill Ballard; his brother David Ballard; his nieces, Michelle Ballard-Ramberg and Denise Ballard; and his grandchildren, Tori Ramberg and Tristan Ramberg. He is also survived by several great- grandchildren.
