It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Harvey Mullins of Bristol, Virginia, who passed away on May 4, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Mullins, Sr.; and his siblings, Eugene Mullins, Jess Mullins, Athleen Baker, Estil Mullins, Edgel Mullins and Vernon Mullins.
He is survived by: his wife Lou "Judy" Mullins; his sons, Mark Mullins (Sheila) and Gary Mullins; his daughter-in-law Tina Easterly; his brother Thomas "Tom" Mullins, Jr. (Rita); his grandson Sean Mullins; and his great grandchild Wyatt Mullins. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Shiloh Primitive Baptist Church.
