We are sad to announce that on December 20, 2018, William Bert Owens (Bristol, Virginia), born in Damascus, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Clyde Owens; his siblings, Robert, Jack, Mildred Louise, Lillian Parker, Ruth McVey and Retha Ganoe; and his son David.
He is survived by: his parent Pearl Owens; his daughters, Susan O. Williams (Harry) of Blountville, Tenn and Linda Salyer (Dennis) of Bristol; his grandchildren, Drew Salyer (Katie), Emily Salyer Dennis (Will), Megan Williams Jamison (Chris), Devin Williams Hancock (Jonathan) and Mitch Owens; his daughter-in-law Karen Owens Brickey (John); his brother John (Terry); and his great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Julia Dennis, Grant, Reid Salyer, Hatton and Rowe Jamison. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
