We bid farewell to Treva Kirk in Bristol, Virginia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 25, 2025 at the age of 87. Treva touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Garland Counts and Hattye Johnson Counts; her husband Charles Wayne Kirk; her siblings, Danny F. Counts, Dorlan Counts and Betty McCormick; her stepson Chuck Kirk; and her niece Tracy D. Crabtree.
She is survived by: her sisters, Joyce Crabtree and June Crenshaw; and her stepson Ronnie Kirk.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM at the Farris Funeral Service – Main Street Chapel (427 E Main St, Abingdon, VA 24210). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Knollkreg Memorial Park (556 Walden Rd NE, Abingdon, VA 24210).
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Jude's or the Veterans association.
