He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Boothe Sr. and Shirley Bowman Boothe. He is survived by: his siblings, Randy Boothe (Tammy Blevins), David Boothe and Penny Boothe-Black (Rhondel); his niece Natasha Combs; his nephew Nathan Boothe; his great-nephews, Anthony Combs and Kaya Boothe; and his close friend Dennis Burnette.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Penny Boothe-Black to assist with funeral expenses.
