She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Cook and Leafy May Trent Cook; and her husbands, Edgar Eugene Gibbons and Edward Smith. She is survived by: her children, Cindy Denham (Kenny), Sandy Eads (Jeff), Debbie Cross (Tom) and Gene Gibbons, Jr.; and her stepdaughter Glenna Clark (Danny). She is also survived by five grandsons, four granddaughters, four great granddaughters, five great grandsons.
Due to COVID-19, a private funeral service will be held 2:00 p. m., Thursday, April 23, 2020 in the Weaver Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Allen Roberts officiating.
