He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleveland Monk and Mamie Ruth Hale Monk. He is survived by: his brothers, Curtis Monk (Rhonda) of Defiance and Jeff Hileman (Tanya). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
