He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Otis and Bertha Hester Rife Stacy; and his siblings, Otis and Gaye Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Mae Clark Stacy of Bristol, VA; his daughters, Sherry Stacy Ellis (Rick) of Troutman, NC and Sandy Lea Rush (Jim) of Bluff City, TN; his brothers, Dennie Stacy (Cathy) of Archdale, NC, Darrel Stacy (Brenda) of Bluff City, TN and Woody Stacy (Theresa) of Troutman, NC.; his grandchildren, Christopher Beverley, Kattie Rush, Hannah Rush and Krystal Ellis; his great grandchildren, Johnathan Sharp and Abigail Rush; and his nephews, Howard Jr. Stacy, Ellis Stacy, Eddie Reynolds, Dewayne Stacy, Landon Stacy and Shane Stacy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
