We are sad to announce that on April 14, 2019, Teresa Gail Carter (Bristol, Virginia), born in Washington, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Gilbert Cox and Ada Cox of Bristol; her grandmother Dorothy Louise Cox of Bristol; her sister McKayla Hobbs; her daughters, Braelynn and Bryleigh of Bristol; her father-in-law Gary Carter of Bristol; and her close friends, Sharon and Jeff Russell. She was also cherished by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of other friends.

In lieu of flowers memorial gifts are suggested to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, Tenn., 38105.
