It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Osborne White of Bristol, Virginia, who passed away on September 5, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy James and Sarah McReynolds Osborne; and her son Ronnie Shannon White. She is survived by: her husband James Carl White; her sons, James Eric White (Pam) and David Carl White; her siblings, Rita Dotson, Irene Osborne and Neil Osborne; her grandchildren, Jillian White (Douglas Vines), Sarah White, Rachel Nale (John Mark) and Peyton White; and her great grandchildren, Winston Vines and Julia Flossie Kaye White.
