She is survived by: her husband Michael Ernest; her children, Jason Crouse, Blake Crouse (Rachel) and Dakota Crouse (Sarah); her sisters, Beverly Cordin (Oliver), Susan Sheldon (Ernie), Michelle Vance and Joe Jackson; and her stepchildren, Stephanie Phillips and Dustin Ernest.
