It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth McVey (Bristol, Virginia), who passed away on February 18, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Dishman and Charlotte Pauline Ratcliffe Dishman; her husband Everette Franklin McVey; her daughter Tiny McClanahan; and her brother Sherman Holmes.
She is survived by: her siblings, Elaine Oliver, Nancy Tanner and Herb Dishman (Nancy). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
