He was predeceased by: his father Frank Fullen; his siblings, Donald Preston Fullen, Paul Fullen and Ruby Fullen; and his cousin Joann Richardson.
He is survived by: his son Brandon Fullen of Mt. Carmel, Tenn.; the mother of his child Lelia Malone of Bristol, Tenn.; his siblings, George Fullen of Abingdon, Billy Fullen of Abingdon, Ennis Fullen of Meadowview, Virginia Fullen of Kingsport, Tenn., Ricky Fullen (Sharon) of Indianapolis, Ind. and Kim Ray (Seymour) of Bristol, Tenn.; his grandson Devon Fullen; his aunts, Lydia Fullen of Abingdon and Grace Oxendine of York, Penn.; his uncle James Hicks of Lebanon; his sister-in-law Geraldine Fullen; his cousin Jesse Butler of Washington, D. C.; and his close friends, Johnny Wilson, Doug Mullins, Tony Paolucci, Jerry Cuddy, Patrick Chairge, Marion "Moe" Smith and Warren Lindsey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
