It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Clifford Sturgill of Bristol, Virginia, who passed away on June 13, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Johnnie Gayle Sturgill; and his son Michael Sturgill. He is survived by: his children, Madonna Jacobs (Jerry), Mary Buchmoyer (Steve), Jonathan Sturgill (Connie) and Chris Sturgill; his grandchildren, Brian, Amy, Jessica, Jack, Derek, Brandon, Natalie and Josh; his great grandchildren, Tyler of Delaware, Nicholas of Delaware, Logan of Delaware, Nolan of Delaware and Jacob of Delaware; and his sisters, Beulah Wells of Virginia and Debbie Smith of Georgia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
