He is survived by: his children, Mark Blankenship and Pat Barnett; his grandchildren, April Worley, Lauren Hayden (Taryn) and Ashley Poe; his great grandchild Devin Worley; and his brothers, Gene Blankenship (Irene) and Claude Blankenship (Judy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
