He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Powers Owens; his children, Samuel Fisher and Sophie Grayce Owens of Bristol; his father-in-law Harvey Powers; his sister Sherry Lynn Owens Willis; his stepsister Kemberly Fletcher Turner Mullins of Clintwood; his niece Jessica LeeAnn Willis Sutherland (Luke); his nephew Joshua Tivis Willis (Leslie); his great-nieces, Abigail and Alexandria Sutherland; and his uncle John Fuller. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
