He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Cecil Shockley and Eula Blair Shockley. He is survived by: his wife Norma Shockley; his daughters, Toni Teaster (Chris) of Bristol and Hope Yawn (Charles) of Clarksville, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Morgan Dzuba (James), Evan Teaster, Scott Yawn and Joseph Yawn; his great grandchild Tucker Dzuba; his brother Terry Shockley (Vicki); and his caregivers, Angie, Heather, Crystal and Sandi.
