He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Carrier and Kathleen Tillison; his wife Dorothy Carrier; his siblings, Janette "Jane" Simpson and Richard Tillison; and his granddaughters, Tiffany Zamora and Jacqueline Ryden.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Carrier Alldridge, Ken Tolbert, Michael Tolbert, Debra Tolbert Pouyer and Cindy Tolbert Frerichs; and his grandchildren, Ken Tolbert II, Charity Tolbert Boyd, Brandy Tolbert, Heather Tolbert, Michelle Tolbert Bauer, Mark Tolbert, Mike Osborne, Brandon Osborne, Melanie Miller, Neil Howerton, Leslie Cheatham and Joshua Frerichs. He is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren.
