He was predeceased by: his parents, Sydney R. Simerly and Mary Tittle Skipper; and his grandparents, Otis, Beulah Simerly, Jake and Ruth Tittle.
He is survived by: his sister Melissa Simerly Sandlin; his niece Sydney Hatcher; his nephew Logan Hatcher; his great-nieces, Lyssa Goodson and Raven Thompson; his stepgrandmother Alma Simerly; his aunt Betty Kirkpatrick; his uncle Ron McAlister; and his cousins, John Smith and Tonya Sykes. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins; and a host of friends.
