He was predeceased by: his parents, Scott West and Isa Belle Kirklin West; and his siblings, Ken West, Angelina West and Alene Logan.

He is survived by: his children, Robert Scott West (Leane), Michael Stephen West, Ancil West, Teresa Lynn West and Bella Faye Phipps (Bryan); the mother of his children Ella Sue West; his brothers, Billy Ray West and Paul Scott West (Nicki); and his pet Sandy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and other loved family members.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to your local VFW.
