He was predeceased by: his parents, Beverly Jouett and Elizabeth Velma Crosby Jouett. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Tabor Jouett; his sons, Jean Paul and Curtis Todd Jouett; his grandchildren, Phoenix Jouett and Logan Jouett; his stepchildren, Jamie Utsman (Roger) and Joe Healy; his pet Foxy; and his close friends, Jerry Riches (Sue) and Chaulk Mitchell (Lisa).
