He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Williams and Geneva B. Williams; his wife Betty Jean Young Williams; his son Stephen Williams; and his sister Eula Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Robert R. "Bobby" Williams (Lois) and Teresa "Terry" Williams Klepper; his grandchildren, Michelle L. Hughes, Christina Potter (Kyle), Christopher Klepper and Heather Klepper; his great grandchildren, Brandon Arnold (Char), Joshua Arnold (Shelby), Todd Neely, Grace Pentecost, Aric Neely, Gavin Potter and Emma Potter; his great great grandchild Vivian Arnold; and his pet Megan.
Due to current health concerns regarding COVID-19, no formal services will be held.
